Which PVC conduit and trunking standards does Langli produce to?
We tool and mould fittings for BS 4607 / BS EN 61386 (20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm), DIN / European 16–50mm series, ASTM & imperial ½"–2" conduit, plus mini-trunking profiles from 10×10mm up to 200×100mm. CE and RoHS test reports are available for the standard range, and we can quote against your own drawing or a competitor sample.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
For catalogue items the practical MOQ is one mixed 20ft container, which lets you balance fast-moving trunking with slower fittings. A single-SKU trial order can start from 20 cartons. Standard lead time is 15–25 days after deposit; allow 25–35 days when custom colour, brand printing or private-label cartons are involved.
Can you supply OEM colours, logos and private-label packaging?
Yes. With 900 sets of in-house moulds and our own compounding, we produce white, black, grey, ivory and Pantone-matched colours, add laser or ink-jet brand marking directly on the fitting, and print full-colour private-label cartons including your barcode, size chart and country-of-origin statement.
How is quality controlled before shipment?
Every batch is checked for wall thickness, socket fit against the matching conduit, low-temperature impact resistance, flame behaviour (V-0 grade compound available), and dimensional tolerance. Cartons are sample-weighed and counted at packing; the inspection record travels with your shipping documents, and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) is welcome.
Do you support project tenders and long-term stocking programmes?
We do. Our team prepares itemised quotations with carton quantity, CBM and container-loading plans so you can build a landed-cost sheet quickly. For distributors with repeat demand we hold agreed safety stock of core SKUs and lock pricing for a defined resin-index window.
