We tool and mould fittings for BS 4607 / BS EN 61386 (20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm), DIN/European 16-50mm series, ASTM/imperial 1/2" to 2" conduit and mini-trunking profiles from 10x10mm up to 200x100mm. Certificates on file include CE and RoHS test reports.

What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?

For stock items the MOQ is generally one mixed 20ft container; a single SKU trial order can start from 20 cartons. Standard production lead time is 15-25 days after deposit, and 25-35 days for customised colour, printing or packaging.

Can Langli supply OEM colours, logos and private-label cartons?

Yes. With 900 sets of in-house moulds and 32 injection machines we produce white, black, grey, ivory and custom Pantone-matched compounds, laser or ink-jet brand marking on fittings, and fully printed private-label cartons with your barcode.

Each batch is checked for wall thickness, socket fit with the matching conduit, impact resistance at low temperature, glow-wire / flame-retardant behaviour (V-0 grade compound available) and dimensional tolerance before packing. Inspection records are supplied with every shipment.
